The CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) is a nationally recognised qualification that is designed to prepare individuals for a career in the real estate industry. It covers topics such as property industry compliance, trust accounting, ethical practice, workplace safety, team management and leadership, marketing and promotional activities, financial management and strategic planning. Graduates of the diploma are most often employed as managers, clerical and administrative workers, and professionals. The industries they are most often employed in are accommodation and food services, health care and social assistance, and other related industries. To be awarded the qualification, competency in one of the two occupational options must be achieved. The two options are the Diploma of Property (Agency Management) and the Diploma of Property (Agency Management). To be eligible, individuals should be 18 years or older and have completed Year 12 or its equivalent with suitable English language skills. International students are also required to have an English ability at the IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.
