The Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) is a nationally accredited qualification that reflects the role of real estate professionals who apply knowledge of real estate practice legal agency and compliance requirements, ethical standards and consumer preferences to conduct real estate functions. Upon meeting all the requirements of the industry regulator, graduates can become an Agents Representative, Property Manager, Sales Associate, Commercial Agent or Buyers Agent.
This qualification covers all training required to meet the Queensland Real Estate industry Real Estate Licence requirements and is recommended for those looking to start a career in real estate. The course includes 18 units of competency and takes 12 months to complete.
