Graduates of the Health field (Advanced Diploma) are most often employed in Health Care and Social Assistance (56.1%), Construction (8.4%) and Public Administration and Safety (7.8%) .
The Work Health and Safety Advisor can work in a variety of industries, including mining and construction. They ensure that workers are protected from hazards by planning and managing health and safety programs. This includes developing policies, procedures, training materials and strategies to help manage risk.
Work Health and Safety Auditors are responsible for inspecting companies to ensure they are complying with regulations. They also develop strategies to improve health and safety in the workplace.
